What We Look For

• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong communication and business acumen
• Commitment to full-time, hands-on ownership
• Passion for developing others and serving the community

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Legal right to operate a business in the U.S.
• Willingness to divest from other non-passive businesses
• $10,000 non-gifted, non-borrowed investment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• No prior bankruptcy history
