Position Summary

As a QDOBA Team Member, you’ll be an important part of the restaurant experience. You’ll prepare fresh food, serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and organized, and help create the welcoming, energetic environment QDOBA is known for.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-moving workplace, meeting new people, and being part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide friendly, attentive service
• Prepare and serve food according to QDOBA recipes and quality standards
• Follow proper portioning, preparation, and food safety procedures
• Keep the front line stocked and ready during high-volume periods
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations
• Monitor food quality and take appropriate action when something does not meet standards
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security procedures
• Work cooperatively and respectfully with managers and fellow Team Members
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment
• Represent QDOBA professionally and help create a great experience for every guest
• Assist with additional restaurant responsibilities as directed by management

• Flexibility to work restaurant shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
