Group Personal Care Assistant invitation - Home Health

Hourly Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr

Maxim Healthcare is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers to support individuals in their homes. We are hosting a group interview where you can learn more about our opportunities, meet members of our team, and be considered for available positions.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide assistance with transfers, positioning, and other cares as needed and appropriate to the individual's care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating or feeding when needed.
• Provide light housekeeping and other household support related to the individual's care.
• Offer companionship, supervision, and support with daily routines and community activities.
• Provide reminders and other non-clinical assistance permitted within the PCA/caregiver role and care plan.
• Observe and report changes in the individual's condition, needs, or environment.
• Maintain respectful, professional, and person-centered care in the individual's home.
