What you'll make

• $26–$35/hr — you're never working for commission alone
• Tips (our guys tip well — you'll see)
• Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate (that's when the money is)
• Star Level pay bumps: hit your numbers and your hourly rate goes up, permanently, at every level — Rising Star, Star, All Star, MVP, Platinum
• Quarterly Team Bonus: more $/hr for everyone when the store hits its goal
• Paid training, flexible scheduling, no double-booking, no chemical services, no 12-hour days
