Part-Time Social Worker

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering complex, professional services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary team setting.

Key duties include providing comprehensive patient care, collaborating with team members, and ensuring quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Master’s degree in Social Work

Experience

• Preferred: Two years of Social Work Services experience
• Two years of Counseling experience is also preferred

Certification/Licensure

• Required: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) authorized to practice in the state
• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtained within ninety days of start date
• Required: SAFE Approach Level III, obtained within ninety days of start date
