Software Engineer

The Role

• Lead complex technical initiatives within the team.

• Mentor and support other developers, fostering curiosity and deep technical understanding.

• Proactively identify technical needs and propose innovative solutions.

• Champion and implement robust engineering best practices.

• Develop and power applications, components, and services for a global listener base across web platforms.

• Collaborate closely with product, UX, and QA teams in an agile environment.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including patterns, reliability, and scaling.

• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.

• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
