Neonatologist

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Neonatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. Jacobi Medical Center is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) has 213 licensed beds. To this day, Jacobi and NCB remain respected leaders in emergency medicine, trauma surgery, burn care, pediatrics, primary care, and women’s health. The hospitals maintain a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein College of Medicine to maintain their high healthcare delivery standards.

Opportunity Details

• Function as the on-site senior medical physician providing clinical and technical assistance, as needed.
• Consult on high-risk antepartum patients in Labor & Delivery.
• Attend all deliveries with Residents during weekdays.
• Attend all high-risk deliveries during evenings and overnights.
• Supervise and teach residents and medical students.
• Provide on-call coverage (weeknights, weekends, and holidays) as assigned by the Departmental call schedule.
