Caregiver Role Summary

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life by providing

hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

You will follow

Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.

Engaging residents through conversation and activities is essential, along with supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent), CPR/First Aid certification or be able to obtain it, and demonstrate

compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
