Caregiver Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

You will follow

Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes, ensuring safety, dignity, and independence are maintained. Engaging residents through conversation and activities is essential, along with supporting dining services and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it. Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
