French Ellison Truck Center in Laredo, TX, is seeking an individual for a Porter position. This position is ideal for an individual with previous experience, good communication skills, are reliable, and can multi-task. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and successful dealer group!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Drives vehicles to and from the service lanes

Primary Duties

• Assists customers in directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop
• Run any necessary errands required by the service department
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's degree in the auto/diesel field preferred
• Previous experience as a Porter in an auto/diesel dealership preferred
• Must have a clean driving record
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends to achieve their goals
• Must be reliable and able to multi-task
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
