A growing demolition company is seeking an organized and outgoing Demolition Demolition Estimator

Candidates without direct demolition estimating experience may still be considered if they are self-motivated and eager to learn.

Position Details

• Full-time role
• Compensation based on experience
• Work setting: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and specifications for potential projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs using onscreen takeoff software
• Prepare bid estimates and proposals for demolition projects
• Ensure estimates comply with standard practices, including prevailing wage and special pay rates
• Collaborate with internal estimators throughout the bidding process
• Communicate awarded project details to project managers
• Perform additional duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experience with onscreen takeoff software

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma required
• 3-5 years of demolition or commercial construction estimating experience preferred
