Compensation: $45-55hr

SHIFT: 10pm to 6:30am

We are seeking an experienced Control Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and PLC-controlled equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment, including but not limited to the following:

AS-I Net
Conductivity Meters
Device Net
Flow Meters
Fill Level Detection
Label Presence
High Speed Coders
HMIs
I/P Transducers
Level Transmitters
PLC Controllers
PLC I/O
PID Loops
RTD/Thermocouple
Valve Positioners
VFDs
X-ray Product Inspection

Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, HMIs, sensors, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
Maintain VFDs, motors, three-phase circuits, PLC I/O, PID loops, flow meters, level devices, and related controls.
Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns.
Work with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Document repairs, modifications, and maintenance activity.
Follow LOTO, Arc Flash, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety procedures.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of industrial electrical or controls experience.
Strong PLC and industrial automation troubleshooting skills.
Experience installing, programming, and troubleshooting VFDs.
Knowledge of three-phase electrical circuits and motors.
High-speed manufacturing experience is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements

Must be comfortable working around operating machinery in a potentially loud environment. The position requires extended standing, appropriate PPE, occasional climbing or kneeling, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
