Full-Time Senior Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities Include

• Receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, and managing inventory.
• Verifying merchandise against shipment records, inspecting for discrepancies and defects.
• Stocking shelves and utilizing RF devices for inventory tasks.
• Assembling orders, entering data into computer systems, and inspecting returned items.
• Performing inventory counts, researching discrepancies, and assisting with inventory procedures.
• Operating motorized equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, with potential certification requirements.
• Training new associates and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of work experience with understanding of DC workflow.
• Ability to read, understand product descriptions, and perform basic math.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment and exercise good judgment.
• Basic computer skills preferred; physical ability for inventory counts and operating equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventories.
