The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Director of Growth Analytics to join our team. The Director of Growth Analytics is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive profitable revenue growth across Delaware North Gaming's portfolio of land-based casinos, online gaming, and social gaming businesses. This role is responsible for delivering a unified view of customer behavior and marketing performance across land-based gaming, iCasino, social gaming, loyalty, digital, and property marketing channels, helping business leaders understand where to invest for maximum customer and financial impact.
This role is a hands-on leader who works closely with Marketing, Loyalty, Database Marketing, Digital, Operations, Finance, and Property Leadership teams to measure marketing effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and optimize customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reinvestment strategies.

Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 - $140,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Develop insights that shape enterprise performance marketing strategies across guest acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value growth
- Establish performance standards, scorecards, measurement frameworks, and testing approaches that improve campaign effectiveness and incremental revenue
- Own omnichannel performance measurement across digital, email, SMS, mobile app, direct mail, social media, loyalty, kiosk, and on-property channels
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement, conversion, migration, and lifetime value trends to optimize cross-channel experiences and marketing efficiency
- Build enterprise dashboards and reporting that connect marketing initiatives, customer activity, and investments to measurable business outcomes
- Partner with property marketing teams to identify performance gaps and recommend actions that improve visitation, gaming revenue, profitability, and return on advertising spend
- Lead campaign forecasting, financial modeling, and pro forma analysis using data science to estimate revenue impact, reinvestment needs, and return on investment
- Strengthen team capabilities in measurement, forecasting, marketing technology, data integrity, and campaign optimization while ensuring accurate and timely insights
More About You
- Degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, analytics, CRM, digital marketing, loyalty marketing, or marketing strategy
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading analytics teams in a multi-property, hospitality, gaming, travel, entertainment, or highly data-driven environment
- Experience developing forecasts, business cases, and pro forma analyses; advanced analytics and reporting expertise
- Experience with CRM, CDP, loyalty, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Funnel.io, SQL, or similar analytics tools; Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience working in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or similar cloud data platforms
- Understanding of marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and customer lifecycle analytics
