Job Summary
Under general supervision, this journey-level technical office manager position provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the principal of a high school, manages daily office operations, and ensures the smooth functioning of the school environment. While not supervisory, this role coordinates the work of clerical staff. This role involves overseeing various office tasks, coordinating communication, managing records, responding to student and staff-related matters, and supporting the principal in maintaining school policies, budgets, and activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
Possession of District-approved First Aid & CPR certifications. (Certification must be obtained through an in-person or blended course, online-only courses are not accepted) CPR and Basic First Aid Training Program | ASHI and MEDIC First Aid (hsi.com) CPR & First Aid | CPR & First Aid University Training Center | Irvine,CA (cprutc.com) PALS, CPR and ACLS Training & Certification in Laguna Hills (surefirecpr.com) Certificate must be attached to application to be considered for vacant position.
