Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a 3+ years experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to handle a diverse range of cases.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and strategy development through trial preparation and resolution.
Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other relevant legal resources.
Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, motions, deposition materials, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
Prepare for depositions and actively participate in court proceedings, advocating for clients' interests.
Analyze procedural laws and statutory regulations, develop case strategies, communicate case updates and legal options to clients, and manage client expectations.

At least 3 years of litigation- Personal Injury experience preferred.
Strong legal research and writing skills, including familiarity with LexisNexis and Westlaw.
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, deposition materials, and settlement agreements.
Ability to manage cases independently, develop effective litigation strategies, and handle multiple practice areas.
Excellent advocacy, courtroom presentation, client communication, organizational, and case management skills.
