What does a day look like?
You’ll start the day by attending our morning meetings, either virtually or in person at our office. Take some time to review some announcements and train up on the latest seasonal pest or even practice setting expectations with customers with role-play sessions. If you’re on-site, you’ll go through your vehicle inspection safety checks and make sure to stock up on any product you’ll need for the week, making sure to swap out any worn equipment for repair. One last look over your route, noting any special notes like call aheads, timed appointments, or special products, and then you’re off!
As you visit each and every house, you greet each customer with a friendly introduction before reviewing their service notes and checking in to see if there was anything else that needed to be done. You inspect the property and customize the treatment for the structure and the
yard, depending on the season and the pest. You are solution-minded and you implement Integrated Pest Management to work together with the customer, providing the knowledge and know-how to help prevent pest activity from popping up in the first place.
While we’re here for our customers, we’re here for our team and community too! Did you know that Belgian Waffle Day is on August 24th? Whether it’s getting together for potlucks, employee appreciation outings, and volunteer events like local high school football games or charity 5Ks… we love to give back to the people in more ways than one!
