Licensed Plumber - 4 yrs exp req

Service Plumber – Install & Sales | $30/hr Floor + 10% Commission | Lakewood, CO

Pay: $62K–$125K/yr. Each pay period you're paid the greater of $30/hr or performance pay. Overtime paid per Colorado law.

• 10% of the sale price when you close during your visit or within 3 days
• 8% of installed labor revenue
• 2% of revenue on jobs you generate for our other trades while you're in a home
• $50 for every qualifying install traced to your business card through our automated referral program
• Higher hourly for highly qualified applicants and anyone who takes on leadership. We're hiring a Service Manager and want to promote from within.

Schedule: 7am to 5pm M-F; No weekends

License: Any Colorado state plumbing license.

The job: Run residential plumbing service and water heater calls. Diagnose, give the homeowner repair and upgrade options, price the job in ServiceTitan, and do the work. Our inside sales team follows up on your quotes, so you're never closing alone. We're building a plumbing division around heat pump water heaters and efficiency work.
