Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney

A Miami Law Firm is seeking an attorney with commercial litigation experience. This is a great opportunity to join a firm with an AM Law Firm feel on a smaller scale. The ideal candidate will have recent experience handling complex business litigation files.

Experience/Requirements

• 6-10 years of commercial litigation experience (complex business disputes, real estate etc)
• Prepare for and attend hearings and depositions
• Draft complex documents
• Legal research
• Billables: 150 per month
• Must have a history of excellent job stability
