Job Description
- Manage public works and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, architects, owners, and public agencies
- Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant
A Successful 'Project Manager' Should Have
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering public works, municipal, government, education, healthcare, or infrastructure-related projects
- Strong understanding of public procurement, bidding, and contract administration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to deliver successful outcomes
