Job Description
- Manage ground-up construction projects from mobilization through turnover
- Lead project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal teams
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are achieved on-site
- Drive project performance to meet schedule, cost, and client expectations
The Successful Applicant
- Current Project Manager title with proven project ownership experience
- Experience delivering projects from start to finish
- Ground-up construction experience is required
- Multifamily project experience strongly preferred
- Able to work on-site 5 days per week

$110,000 - $165,000
