Job Description
- Lead all field operations from project start through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, quality, safety, and project schedules
- Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, owners, and design teams
- Drive production to meet schedule and budget milestones
- Conduct site meetings and ensure projects are completed to company standards

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
- Proven success managing projects valued at $10M+
- Strong background in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site leadership
- Experience with healthcare, mixed-use, industrial, commercial, or institutional projects preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
