As our Director of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the General Manager and hotel leadership team, overseeing all aspects of human resources in a unionized hotel environment.

This role requires strong, hands-on experience in labor relations, including the interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), grievance management, disciplinary procedures, contract compliance, and ongoing partnership with union representatives.
