Class A Machine Operator to join our production team.We are looking for someone with previous manufacturing or machine operating experience who understands how machinery works, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in producing quality parts.Experience with tapping, threading, fasteners, or precision machining is a plus. We're also interested in mechanically inclined individuals with a solid manufacturing background and the ability to learn our equipment.

Schedule & Pay- Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
• Consistent first shift – weekends off!

Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and adjust slotting and tapping machines.

• Perform machine changeovers between production jobs.
• Inspect parts using calipers, thread gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Monitor production and make adjustments to maintain quality.
• Identify problems and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Maintain production standards and ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications- Previous Manufacturing Or Production Machine Operating Experience Preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, and machinery.
• Basic understanding of measurements, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain quality, and work independently.
• Dependable, responsible, and detail oriented.
