Earn Up to $100,000/Year (for Full-Time opening)

Salary based on experience and licensure

Full-Time Opportunity Available

• 2nd Shift + Every Other Weekend

Per Diem Opportunity Available

• 1st Shift (Every Other Weekend)

NURSE (RN) SUPERVISOR Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch, compassionate, resident-centered care
• Build genuine relationships with residents and their families
• Lead and support nursing staff
• Help maintain a safe, caring, and positive environment

NURSE (RN) SUPERVISOR Qualifications

• Active, valid New Jersey RN License
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Previous supervision experience in an LTC facility
• High School Diploma required
• Reliable, passionate, and dedicated
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and leadership abilities
