About Our Client
Our client is a respected construction firm specializing in complex commercial and healthcare projects. They are committed to delivering high-quality construction through strong leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise.
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects, including OSHPD/HCAI-regulated facilities. Responsibilities include managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining schedules, ensuring safety and quality standards, overseeing inspections, and collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction and OSHPD/HCAI projects. They will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors, interpret construction drawings, maintain schedules, and successfully deliver projects in complex, regulated environments.
