Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Personal Injury Attorney (

Spanish-speaking candidates are a major plus) to join our legal team. The firm primarily handles motor vehicle accident cases involving bodily injury.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oklahoma tort and personal injury law, along with experience in client relations, settlement negotiations, and personal injury litigation.

Experience on the defense side of personal injury litigation is preferred, as is trial experience. Plaintiff-side litigation experience is also a plus.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on various personal injury cases.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Take the lead and handle all stages of litigation.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather case information.
• Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up to date.
• Keep clients informed about the status of their cases.
• Draft correspondence and communicate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Bar License required; Texas Bar admission is a plus.
• Spanish speaking, writing, and communication skills are a major plus.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, Oklahoma tort law, and civil legal procedures.
• Excellent legal writing skills and experience drafting legal documents.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research.
• Experience working in a law office setting.
• Ability to effectively assist with and handle litigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
