NV Construction LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated

Installer Helper to join our growing bath remodeling team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning a skilled trade, and building a long-term career in the home improvement industry.

No bath installation experience is required. We provide hands-on training for candidates who have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist Lead Installers with bath and shower remodeling projects
Help with demolition and job site preparation
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Assist with installation of acrylic bath and shower systems
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Help complete projects on time and according to company standards
Provide a professional experience for homeowners

Qualifications

Construction, remodeling, general labor, handyman, landscaping, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and punctuality
