Location: Elgin, IL 60124

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $20-$21/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Overview: Sterling Engineering is partnering with an established company in Elgin, IL, seeking an entry-level Shop Support Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and learning new skills. No previous experience or degree is required. Training will be provided!

Job Responsibilitie s:

• Assist with general shop support and daily operations.
• Receive, unload, and drop off packages as needed.
• Uncrate and unpack incoming products and equipment.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and free of clutter.
• Organize tools, materials, and products throughout the shop.
• Assist with basic mechanical repairs after receiving train
