Your New Role
As the Snr Estimator, you will have exposure across a range of Commercial Projects – from Education, Municipal, Multi-Family, Tis & more, providing support to the local teams both in the Field & in the Office.
This includes-but is not limited to – aiding in the Planning & Design, Quality, Contractual Elements, and Stakeholder Management etc
It is a wide-ranging role that will require you to spin multiple plates – however, it will give you great end-to-end exposure of Cradle to Grave Projects
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years in Preconstruction/Estimating, within a GC environment
- Portfolio – Commercial construction
- Ideally Degree in Construction or related
- Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
- Software: Procure, Bluebeam preferred
- An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
