Registered Nurse (Wound, Ostomy and Continence)

Wound, Ostomy and Continence (WOC) RN for the acute care team.

Responsibilities include conducting expert WOC assessments, developing evidence-based treatment and prevention plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient healing and quality of life. The role also provides patient and family education, trains and supports staff on wound and ostomy care, and assists with transitions of care. You will actively participate in quality initiatives to improve outcomes.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse with WOC specialization/competency in wound, ostomy, and continence care
• Ability to perform comprehensive WOC assessments and create evidence-based care plans
• Strong clinical judgment to support healing and prevent complications
• Effective communication and education skills for patients, families, and staff
