Lead Maintenance

Join KPM as a Lead Maintenance Technician!

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to manage and guide our maintenance team. You will ensure that our properties remain in excellent condition by supervising maintenance operations, managing repairs, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and coordinate with team members for efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory of materials.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent service to residents and property management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Strong commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
