customer service driven person that wants to move ahead. You will have the

  • Responsible for up to 20 business development calls

  • Selling skills necessary to identify opportunities, position solutions, and close deals

  • Builds and maintains profitable, consultative relationships throughout multiple vendors, customers, channel partners

  • Achieves individual sales and profitability goals while maintaining a consistent level of customer service across all Jenne customers

  • Understands and articulates Jenne’s Value Add to both existing and prospective customers

  • Identifies and develops new accounts that desire market entry into innovative technology spaces, while aggressively increasing and securing market share with existing account base

  • Identifies both long and short term business opportunities and engage appropriate internal/external resources to capitalize on opportunities

  • Provide sales quotes, places orders provides logistics support accurately and efficiently

  • Effectively manages sales pipeline by updating milestones and close dates

  • Assists customers with problem resolution

  • Maintain the latest sales and vendor training credentials as deemed necessary by management

  • Become proficient with company tools (quote tools, pipeline, ERP system)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree desirable or equivalent sales experience

  • Knowledge of professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care

  • Strong organizational skills while maintaining a high level of accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal required.

  • Experience handling high volume of inbound/outbound sales calls

  • Proficient in Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Physical Requirements (In compliance with ADA)

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
