POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the General Manager at a fast food establishment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our restaurant. Your dedication to exceptional customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence will be the driving force behind our client's restaurant's growth and profitability.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Leadership: Take overall accountability for the daily operation of a fast food restaurant, overseeing a team of 10 to 40 employees. Ensure that customer service expectations are exceeded, and operational goals are consistently met.
Financial Oversight: Manage all financial controls, operations, and employee development during all shifts. Implement marketing strategies, maintain cash control, oversee inventory, manage labor costs, and review financial reporting for continuous improvement.
Team Motivation: Motivate and lead your management team and staff to provide friendly, fast, and accurate service in a clean and safe environment. Provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance and uphold company standards.
Guest Satisfaction: Direct restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest service, consistent brand standard execution, and comprehensive employee training.
Cost Control: Achieve controllable profit and cash flow by overseeing all costs and taking appropriate corrective action when necessary.
Company Initiatives: Ensure timely implementation, training, and execution of all company initiatives and marketing promotions.
Team Development: Develop and mentor team members and managers through company training programs and individual development plans. Provide necessary coaching and feedback to foster growth.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with brand standards, government regulations, and sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness.
Community Engagement: Develop and execute local store marketing plans to build relationships within the community.
Security and Safety: Monitor security procedures to protect employees, guests, and company assets.
Administrative Duties: Handle store-level administrative duties and reporting in accordance with company policies.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities for effective interaction at all levels of the organization.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and additional shifts as required.
Availability for travel as needed.
Valid automobile operator's license with reliable transportation.
Food Safety Manager certification.
Training for The Restaurant’s Brand will be provided.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 Annual
