As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products and driving our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Be the technical expert on the product
- Drive execution of solutions and achievement of objectives and key results
- Relentless urgency to deliver value to customers
- Clear understanding of the impact and business value
- Be a clear cross-functional leader and collaborator with the ability to orchestrate team success
- Able to drive continuously improvement in the team, processes, and tool
- Assist Agile Scrum or Kanban team(s) in prioritizing work, design, and achieving outcomes
- Ensure scope of work is pragmatic and minimal, and solves for a problem that customers value
- Define story acceptance criteria, manage and prioritize the team backlog, and contribute to the overall product vision and roadmap
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience as a product owner or similar role, with a strong track record of writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with [relevant tools or software, e.g., JIRA, Confluence] is a plus.
