Vaco has been engaged by an construction company to find an experienced Assistant Project Manager.
Job duties include:
* Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew
* Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job
* Completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion
* Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate
* Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
* Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
* Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
Qualifications:
* Experience in equipment, asset and financial management
* Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
