Piper Companies is looking for a IT Trainer / Help Desk Analyst for a leading legal counsel company in Philadelphia, PA. This is an on-sitecontract opportunity.
Responsibilities for the IT Trainer / Help Desk Analyst:
· Create and execute learning strategies and programs including workshops, handouts, quick-tips and videos
· Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
· Liaising with practice group leaders, HR, and associate development to determine learning and development needs and scheduling of educational sessions
· Implement various learning methods firmwide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
· Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings
· Install, configure, and perform quality assurance testing of new hardware and software
· Provide firm support for helpdesk calls for level 1 / level 2 support
Qualifications for the IT Trainer / Help Desk Analyst:
· 5+ years of experience in a Help Desk/End User Support role
· This will be 5 days a week onsite role – normal business hours will be 8am-4pm with a once a month on call rotation.
· Hybrid experience in helpdesk, deskside support, AV support and working with new hire training/onboarding desired.
Compensation for the IT Trainer / Help Desk Analyst:
· $30-40/hour
