WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):

The Non-Congregate Shelter (NCS) Client Lodging Coordinator is responsible for coordinating NCS client shelter information, placement, relocation, and communication; troubleshooting client lodging needs as needed.

This position is located in Kahului, Maui.

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):

• Proactively anticipate and address the needs of the NCS team which may include itinerating to multiple locations.

• Responsible for ensuring that, as clients check out, each room has a client associated with it.

• Collect Hotel Rosters submit to Teams chat for verification and accuracy as clients check out, each room has a client associated with it

• Designate and delegate work locations and assignments to NCS Leadership Team daily and as needed.

• Responsible for ensuring lodging needs are met for NCS clients, while maintaining lodging for existing clients, securing rooms for new clients or relocations, and working with VLT to prospect new NCS sites.

• Ensures all required client data has been entered and/or updated in the SCIA

• Tracks all hotel and room assignments/changes and check-in and check- out dates including vacant rooms.

• Coordinates client lodging reconciliation with the NCS Administration Manager, Virtual Lodging Team and SRT Manager during regularly scheduled lodging reconciliation meetings

Standard Schedule :

This is a temporary assignment expected to last 3 months to one year.

Work hours are 12 hours per day 6 days per week.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with social services or service/program delivery.

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft applications and other web based systems.

A valid drivers license is required.

Physical requirements may include the ability to sit or stand for long periods and adapt to long, irregular hours, and frequent schedule changes are required.
