Direct Hire: General Labor Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing various types of gauges used in industrial and manufacturing processes. Your precision and attention to detail are essential to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the gauges we produce Pay: $17 per hour Hours: 7am- 3pm (Monday–Friday) Worksite Location: Suamico, WI (15 mins north of Green Bay, WI) Position Requirements: • Gauge Assembly: Assemble and disassemble a variety of gauges, including pressure gauges, flow meters, and other measurement instruments, according to established procedures and specifications • Calibration: calibrate gauges to ensure accurate and consistent measurements, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards • Testing: Conduct performance and functionality tests on assembled gauges to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards • Inspection: Inspect components and finished gauges for defects, ensuring that all parts meet quality requirements • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of assembly, calibration, and testing procedures, including any deviations or issues encountered • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools to ensure they remain in good working condition • Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed • Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Qualifications: • Previous experience in gauge assembly or a similar precision assembly role is preferred • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Basic knowledge of measurement units and conversion factors • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in assembly • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise • Good communication and teamwork skills • Commitment to quality and accuracy in work Company Perks: • FREE Health Insurance- Yes, you read that right!
