To ensure finished products meet specification and prepare them for shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete product inspection.
  • Apply Design/Engineering specifications.
  • Complete documentation i.e. Defect tracking, Check Sheets, Shipping documents, etc.
  • Preparing product for packaging. i.e. cleaning, folding, rolling, etc.
  • Package products per packaging specifications.
  • Maintain 5S. Keep work area clean and organized.

Education/Experience:

Prefer high school graduate or GED. Need minimum of one (1) year of Anchor experience or two (2) years of other quality control experience.

Specific Job Skills Required:

  • Must be able to prove regular and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment toward the job and the mission of the Company.
  • Proven ability to organize time and work without close supervision.
  • Ability to accurately utilize measuring instruments. i.e. Tape Measure.
  • Must be able to prove competency in detecting abnormal conditions and specification nonconformance.
  • Must be able to prove strong and consistent interpersonal communication.
  • Prefer individuals that possess ambition to learn and grow.
  • Must be familiar with a computer and prove ability to learn the programs used.

  • Constant standing, reaching, handling/grasping and fingering/feeling.
  • Frequent bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., cervical and torso twisting, crawling, crouching, fingering/feeling, handling/grasping, kneeling, pushing/pulling as a team up to 100 plus lbs., reaching, squatting, standing, stooping and walking.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust/focus to visually inspect product(s).
