Responsibilities

  • Confirm and process receipt of raw materials and product loads SAP; ensure all necessary documentation is completed
  • Manage the delivery schedule ensuring we keep on time and have work flow moving efficiently
  • Process daily deliveries to DCs within Liberty Coke and NTSas well as inbound loads
  • Review SAP for missed or pending deliveries to meet the demand of the order
  • Assist drivers and transport team with daily schedule. Notify of duplicates or discrepancies
  • Ensure loads ship based on transportation schedule and Blue Jay. Communicate any duplicates, changes, or discrepancies
  • Excellent communication skills with various departments including production, transportation, maintenance, etc
  • Maintain open line of communication with the forklift operators and supervisors to ensure loads and paperwork are being completed appropriately
  • Develop and maintain relationship with yard jockey to ensure solid workflow
  • Ability to work up to 12 hours, ability to work weekends during peak times of the year or due to significant downtime that pushed the production schedule
  • Ability to work overnight and weekends due to peak season and schedule.


Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or GED Preferred
  • Basic PC applications Skill
  • Transportation/inventory experience preferred
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong Math skills (count and reconcile inventory)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
