Position Description: Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of Rental Department
Assist with answering phone calls for department.
Ability to communicate pricing, availability and logistics of equipment.
Assisting customers with rental reservations
Communicating with Fleet Manager on transportation needs
Communicate with customers regarding their contract and payment information in a professional manner.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail required.
Assist Rental Manger with assigned daily task, monthly and annual inventory and customer support.
Previous experience of heavy equipment preferred, but not required.
Assist rental techs with equipment check-in and check-out process.
Written and Oral Communication a must.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
