FRONT COUNTER SUPERVISOR
Do you love customer interaction, leading a team, and are you looking to join a growing team at a fast-paced restaurant? Mangia Italiana is currently seeking an experienced front of house supervisor ready to join our team!
A successful candidate for this position has experience with customer service, experience managing a team, and enjoys working with internal and external customers to provide the best experience possible in the restaurant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assigning tasks and managing productivity of staff that is scheduled, providing excellent customer service through unmatched knowledge of Mangia Italiana?s menu and specials and be able to take orders, in-person and over the phone, and handling escalated situations with staff or external customers with poise and respect. This position will work collaboratively with kitchen staff members and managers, ensuring customers receive orders in a timely manner through strong written/verbal communication skills.
This position is PART TIME/FULL TIME and pay is hourly (negotiable based on experience). This is a non-exempt role. Role will be scheduled to work on various weeknights, weekends, both morning and evenings. Weekend nights required Morning and daytime shifts vary. Days off may rotate. Restaurant is closed on Sundays, but some Sunday hours may be available throughout the year.
