General Summary
Army Materiel Command’s (AMC) Army Metering Program (AMP) Quality Analyst team monitors program activities and processes to ensure the mission success of the program and works with various teams to promote continuous improvements.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Reviews, analyzes, and reports on Quality discrepancies related to AMC AMP.
- Schedules Quality briefings and meetings and manages program files for AMC AMP.
- Researches, plans, analyzes, and organizes technical and/or statistical information and develops data for use in briefings, publications, and reports relative to Quality of the AMC AMP.
- Interfaces with senior stakeholders at the Office Sec. of Def. (OSD), Headquarters Department of Army (HQDA), and AMC regarding AMP Quality initiatives.
- Displays working knowledge of government policies, directives, and regulations related to AMC AMP.
- Investigates problems and establishes disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies and recommends corrective actions.
- Represents the AMP in technical reviews as required to accomplish the mission to include System Requirements Reviews (SRRs), In-Process Reviews (IPRs), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and Safety Review Boards.
- Collects, and makes arrangements for, distribution of materials to senior government stakeholders.
- Recommends statistical formats for reports, ensuring consistency with government standards.
- Plans, schedules, and executes special activities as required, leads working groups, captures meeting minutes, and works action items.
- May provide leadership to lower level project/program support employees.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other technical discipline, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10+ years’ related experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Expert knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
- Demonstrated Quality experience
Preferred Qualifications
- IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB), and/or PMI PMP Certification, and/or ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Practice Manager Certifications
