Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs.
Set instructional goals and create content to achieve them.
Design instructional graphics and user interfaces.
Utilize eLearning software for course development (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Canva, Camtasia).
Maintain project documentation and administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
Support revenue-generating initiatives and critical path projects.
Continuously improve training methodologies based on trends and best practices.
Foster a collaborative work environment and effective communication with colleagues.
Qualifications For Success
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in writing instructional text, audio, and video scripts.
Deep understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design/Educational Technology or related field.
Experience with eLearning software mentioned above.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Expected Hours Of Work
This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on project demands.
