NOW HIRING An Office Assistant: We are seeking a competent and dynamic office assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with basic accounting tasks. They should be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. The Office Assistant serves in a multifaceted role as a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant, responsible for managing front desk operations, handling mail and deliveries, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, assisting in organizing events and meetings, managing office equipment, assisting in HR tasks, and collaborating with various departments. Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and redirect incoming calls promptly. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and conference room bookings as needed. Assist visitors with inquiries and provide necessary information or assistance. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Office cleaning. Enter After-Sales Warranty information. Assist in mailing items out & organizing and passing out incoming mail. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments as required. Manage and maintain office supplies inventory. Assist in organizing company events and meetings. Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying tasks. Assist in managing office equipment and coordinating repairs as needed. Assist in workstation setup. HR Assistant: Organize resumes. Arrange interviews with candidates. Email interview candidates. Position requirements: A High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in office support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
