Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in San Francisco, California for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk. This role will be primarily focused on maintaining and updating data in various systems, while ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information. You will work in the telecom industry, providing support in processing confidential and sensitive data, transcribing documents, and generating regular reports.

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
• Review data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors as necessary.
• Handle confidential and sensitive data in accordance with our privacy and security policies.
• Transcribe documents and digital recordings as part of data entry processes.
• Download and upload large files, managing them efficiently.
• Regularly back up data to prevent loss of information.
• Assist in generating regular and ad hoc reports as required.
• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Suite to perform tasks effectively.
• Use your 10 key skills and typing skills to perform calculations and organize files.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle email correspondence professionally.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Data Entry Clerk
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Proficient typing skills
• Experience in performing calculations
• Experience in organizing files and scanning documents
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in email correspondence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
