An adjunct position is open in the Master’s in Education / School Leadership Program at Providence College. The open position is for EDU530/536: Internship I and II and will be offered in person in Fall and Spring, 2024-2025.

Essential Duties

This Position Includes The Following Expectations

• Leading a seminar with the interns on a biweekly basis on the Providence College campus throughout each semester.
• Making 3 site visits per semester for each intern to develop individual learning plans and to observe and provide performance feedback.
• Conduct a full-day in-service session each year for mentoring principals.
• Participate with the Program Director in each candidate’s formal review at the end of 10 courses and at the end of the program.
• Participate in program faculty meetings every 6 weeks.
• Participate in program accreditation preparation and visits.
• Participate in ongoing program improvement efforts.
  
  

Education And Experience Required

A Master’s in Education and experience as a principal or central administrator are required for this position.
