Store General Manager Opportunity Description

Requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Care about your team and your customers to add value to all relationships
- Develop Team Members and Managers into leaders and maintain a bench of top performing individuals functioning as a great team.
- Work a minimum of 47-53 hrs a week
- Open and available schedule
- Minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant industry
- Ability to read financial statements; strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively and professionally provide guidance and coaching to store management and team members
- Ability to stand on your feet for a long period of time
- Experience in working independently and achieving results the right way with integrity
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to lift 50lbs
