Role Overview
As An HR Assistant, You Will Provide Essential Support To Our HR Manager, Ensuring Smooth Operation Of Our HR Activities. You Will Interact Directly With Team Members, Combining Professionalism With a Personable Demeanor, And Handle a Variety Of Tasks Ranging From Administrative To Strategic
Recruiting support, such as posting job ads, screening candidates, and interviewing
Facilitating engaging onboarding experiences for new hires
Maintaining HR and administrative systems with high accuracy
Contributing to diversity and inclusion programs
Assisting in various HR tasks like leave management, policy administration, training, and benefits coordination
Who We Are Looking For
At least 1 year of office experience, with prior HR experience preferred but not essential
Strong communication and customer service skills
Desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Efficient time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Discretion in handling confidential information
Quick learner with a knack for adapting to new software and systems
